Summary0001413: No signal problem on STB returned from field.
DescriptionALT got 1 box from field.
This box can't display anything on screen. "No signal" is displayed on TV screen.
I have attached log message.
Please check it.

From the log, there is an error in following log (the amp_sinkCaps.uiResCnt is zero):

If possible, I want to check if the edid can be read or not. So, it needs to upgrade to SD image without wipe data to keep the status.
Then in adb root shell, please use the following command to read the edid dump and hdcp/hotplug status:
test_disp hpd status
test_disp hdcp state
test_disp edid read
test_disp edid infor

Please also give the correct edid dump/hdcp/hotplug status on OK SWAN box for comparing with the fail case.

If your HW engineer found something wrong in I2C line. Please also have them to update your finding here.
Then we can ask HW's option about how to handle this case.
